Q: Are you a sit-down restaurant/Do you offer a live hibachi show?
A: Sorry, we're not, we're a takeout restaurant. Customers are still absolutely welcome to eat at the restaurant after receiving their food at the counter (we don't provide table service, sorry!), although we were designed for takeout and therefore have very limited seating.
Q: Do I really need to bring my card and ID when I pick up my food?
A: Yes, please, for all orders placed through this website. Your cooperation is truly appreciated. Please note that this does not apply to orders placed on the phone or on third-party apps (we're on Uber Eats and DoorDash, however we encourage ordering directly from us for the lowest prices).
Q: What’s the wait time right now if I place an order?
A: Unfortunately, limited by the website's functionality, we're unable to provide a real-time estimate, though you should receive a confirmation text shortly after you place an order with an estimated time specific to your order, and another text when the order is ready. In general, peak hours are during weekend evenings/nights, and could be up to an hour at times. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
Q: What's faster, ordering on this website or calling?
A: The wait time is the same for both pick-up ordering methods. Walk-ins usually will be a little faster, though wait time could still be significant at times (please see question above). Orders placed on the phone will receive a wait time estimate prior to payment, however we might not be able to answer every call that comes in during peak hours due to a large volume of callers at the same time and/or us assisting customers in the store at the time, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We don't have in-house delivery staff, but you can order for delivery on Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Please let us know when ordering if you have a food allergy, we’ll do our best to accommodate, though please be aware that the risk of cross-contamination cannot be eliminated.
